Let’s put this in plain English. If you’re an average beta with a full-time job, some sort of hobby that isn’t associated with being an alpha hustler (let’s say you do some mundane sport, or collect stuff, you’re a programmer, you play video games etc.), plus a circle of similarly beta friends, you can pretty much forget about improving your chances with women. Simply put, you won’t even have the time.
