I met my husband on match back when they offered a free trial. I stepped out of my comfort zone and contacted him; the men writing to me were only looking for one thing. We've been together for 12 years, married for 5.
oof! the dreaded profile!
LOL my husband and I met online..In one of MSN's old "adult" rooms actually. Had a great few years until MSN got stupid about stuff they can't really control anyway.
I'm a pro...and sadly...still single...LOL
My husband and I met in a chatroom 7 years ago this month...neither of us were looking to "meet someone"...he lived in Texas, I was in Florida...I was in school working on my teaching degree and his profile said he was a teacher so I said hello....10 minutes later he said hello back....so that was October...he and his son came to visit in March....he proposed on Memorial Day and 6 weeks after that we were married! The 2nd time we met "in person" was 2 days before we married...LoL...he was and is still THE VERY BEST friend I have ever had....been married just over 8 years now and going strong!!!
First came into contact with my now husband online. I know the story!
even better..."where'd you meet?"...."Online"...."where did you meet your ex husband?"...."Online"...awkward
